Save the date: 2026 CHPRMS conference - Nov. 11-13 in Charleston
A special message from Andy Lyons, CHPRMS president
Please save the date for the 53rd Annual CHPRMS Conference, set for Nov. 11–13, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina, and block this time on your calendars now to join us for three days of learning, connection and collaboration.
I’m excited to share that we have already aligned on a conference theme that reflects both the moment our industry is in and what makes CHPRMS special:
Connected by Purpose
As healthcare continues to navigate rapid change, this theme reflects the strength of our CHPRMS community. We are more than competitors. We are colleagues who call one another when we are in a jam, who learn from one another’s successes and missteps, and who openly share best practices to help each other lead and do our jobs better.
The theme reflects:
The connection among CHPRMS members, built on camaraderie, trust and professional respect
The connection between healthcare organizations and the communities we serve, grounded in a shared responsibility to improve health and access
The connection between vendors and healthcare organizations, working together to advance trust, equity and access
Charleston provides the perfect setting for this work. The conference will be held at the Francis Marion Hotel, in the heart of historic downtown Charleston, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, local cuisine and some of the most beautiful historic homes in the South. From Southern hospitality to spectacular dining, Charleston offers an experience that complements the purpose and energy of our conference.
Member feedback consistently tells us that what sets CHPRMS apart is the interaction and conversation. Our conferences are known for table-side discussions, candid exchanges and practical conversations about how to lead and strengthen our teams. At a CHPRMS conference, attendees are participants, not just spectators.
That same spirit of participation also shapes our programming. CHPRMS conferences are built by members, for members, and we encourage you to begin thinking now about stories, strategies and lessons learned that could benefit your peers. More information on speakers and programming will be shared once our creative and conference materials are finalized.
I encourage you to block these dates now and begin planning and budgeting so you and members of your team can attend. We want as many of you as possible to be part of the conversations and connections that define CHPRMS.
More details, including speaker and program information, will be coming soon.
