What is the deadline for securing a sponsorship?
The deadline for securing a 2026 sponsorship is October 1 in order to be included in print materials.
Does our sponsorship include an exhibit table?
No. Exhibit tables can be purchased separately for $500 each.
What comes with an exhibit table?
Your table includes a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, and power.
What kind of display should we bring?
We recommend pull-up banners or tabletop displays. Due to available space, a pop-up booth or larger display (such as a 10-foot exhibit hall booth) will likely not fit.
Do I need to order carpet or other booth items?
No. The event takes place in a ballroom and prefunction space. We do not contract with an events rental or logistics company such as GES, so no separate ordering is necessary.
How do I ship items to the hotel?
Shipping instructions and details are forthcoming. Check back here for updates.
What are the setup and teardown times?
Set up: After 4:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10
Breakdown: After noon on Friday, November 13

How do I register attendees?
Upon purchasing your sponsorship, you should have received an email with registration instructions and a unique code. If you cannot locate it, contact chprms.sponsorship@gmail.com.
When will pre- and post-conference attendee lists be distributed?
The pre-conference attendee list will be sent two weeks before the conference. The post-conference list will be distributed no later than two weeks after the conference. No exceptions will be made.
Do you use badge scanners or lead retrieval services?
No. CHPRMS is a regional conference, and we encourage exhibitors to engage as members of our community and build relationships naturally.
When will a floor plan be available?
A floor plan will be issued once all exhibit tables are spoken for, or two weeks before the conference, whichever comes first. It will be sent directly to exhibitors.
