Our 2026 conference theme, Connected by Purpose, reflects the strength of our community. We are colleagues who share ideas, call one another when we need perspective, and learn from one another’s successes and missteps. We are connected by a shared responsibility to improve health, trust and access in the communities we serve.

Key Areas for Submission:

  • Healthcare Marketing & Communications: Branding, digital engagement, and analytics.

  • Public Relations & Crisis Communications: Media relations, reputation management, crisis response and leadership communication.

  • Physician Relations & Internal Communications: Engaging providers, strengthening internal culture and improving organizational alignment.

  • Innovation & Emerging Technologies: AI, automation, patient engagement tools, etc.

  • Case Studies & Real-World Successes: Demonstrating impactful strategies and measurable results.

Presenter Guidelines:

  • Preference is given to speakers from healthcare provider organizations.

  • Vendor and agency speakers are required to co-present with a healthcare provider client to share a collaborative case study demonstrating strategy, implementation and measurable results.

  • Sessions should focus on education, practical insights, real-world examples and measurable outcomes — offering takeaways attendees can apply within their own organizations, not product promotion.

  • CHPRMS does not provide honorariums or cover travel expenses.
